DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS
The department is started in 1977. It was minor subject with the title “Elements of Mathematics and Statistics”. Principal B.C Pujar who also renowned as sculptor of our college played a vital role in introducing commerce wing in the college in 1977. The department of statistics had its beginning in the year 1977. Sri S.M Aralaguppi was the first person who joined the department as lecturer in statistics in 1977. Then Shri. C. B. Pujeri served the department, now Dr. R. M. Sarvade is serving as the Head of the Department.
